Project Management

Strategic project management for sustainable initiatives. We run your efficiency projects from decision to implementation.

Turning sustainability goals into an operational reality is not just an environmental intention — it is a measurable engineering and project management process. Today, international investors, cross-border supply chains and regulators expect companies to deliver not a statement of intent but an actionable net-zero roadmap. Planning, budgeting and managing the projects that improve energy efficiency and reduce emissions, without disrupting your organisation’s current operations, is a critical need.

At Climaros, we take the results from your Scope 1, 2, 3 emissions calculation and turn that data directly into actionable projects. From renewable energy integration to waste management optimisation, from supply chain transformation to product carbon footprint improvements, we manage all of your sustainability projects from start to finish. We take the process out of the “cost” column and turn it into a competitive advantage that improves your company’s commercial performance.

What the service covers

  • Renewable Energy
  • Fuel and Energy Efficiency Management
  • Waste and Resource Management Solutions

Why Climaros?

Unlike consultancy firms that leave sustainability investments as mere recommendations, we focus on making the project work in practice. We deliver your corporate transformation projects with an accredited team fully aligned with the sector’s legal requirements (CBAM, TSRS) and international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 9001).

Our core advantage over competitors is that we can monitor a project’s impact in real time with our own software. We manage the environmental and financial returns of the projects we deliver in a data-driven way, and back all of your decision-making with our technical expertise.

Our Working Process

(Timeframes will be confirmed after the scoping call.)

  1. Current State Analysis and Needs Assessment: Priority improvement areas and project opportunities (energy, logistics, waste, etc.) are identified in line with your company’s goals.
  2. Project Design and Feasibility: The technical, environmental and financial feasibility of the identified projects is worked out, producing implementation budgets and timelines (a climate transition plan).
  3. Team and Resource Planning: Internal and external stakeholders, engineering teams and the necessary technologies are planned for project delivery.
  4. Implementation and Progress Tracking: While the project is delivered on the ground, progress toward the targeted emission-reduction metrics (KPIs) is tracked on a regular basis.
  5. Reporting and Delivery: The completed project’s environmental (ESG) and commercial returns are reported to management to international standards.
